Request for a quotation

Each project starts when a client requests a quotation for a project. This request should be attached with the project’s word count plus a related sample. Once our PMs receive the prospect’s request, they revert with the project’s quotation and estimated duration within 2 days.

Qualifying process

New clients typically need to make sure that the output we offer is of a high-quality. Hence, new clients request a qualifying process, which includes:

Document Signing

Once the prospect is certain of our quality, we sign the contracts and the NDA agreement to start the project

Onboarding procedures

If required, we provide our translators and editors a suitable orientation and training on the Client’s system (style guide, etc.) and tools.

Project phase 3 “Linguistic QA”

1. Automated QA Checks

This process is called the automated Quality Assurance where the QA software checks for layout matches, correct fonts corrections, header and footer consistency, proper names’ spelling, marginations, and graphics alignments.

2. Human QA Checks

Project phase 4 “Elements Composition”

Project Follow-up

After delivering the project, we ask for the client’s feedback and if they require further linguistic or technical edits. If no further edits are required, we archive the project.

If the client requires any edit, we immediately start working on them.

Repeat till satisfaction

We keep repeating our feedback cycle till the client achieves satisfaction.

Archiving

When the project is fully completed, we archive it.
